Lange Jahre gereift, beruht dieser besondere Whisky auf einer speziellen Auswahl des Master Distillers in Verbindung mit Handwerkskunst und der Natur der Albhochfläche. Auf Basis von eigens angebauter Gerste auf über 700 m ü. M. und dem daraus gewonnenen Gerstenmalz sowie Eichenrauchmalz. Die Fasslagerung erfolgte ganze 10 Jahre zuerst in exzellenten Weinfässern sowie anschließend in ausgesuchten Islay Fässern. Das Ergebnis ist ein begeisterndes Aroma welches an geröstete Marshmallows sowie Honigsüße erinnert und ist dabei dezent pfeffrig und aschig. Ein Genuss mit 46 % vol.
