Besondere regionale Aromen entstehen auf den Streuobstwiesen des sonnigen Ermstals. Diese zeichnen unser Destillat aus der Williams-Christ-Birne aus. Die sonnengereiften Früchte werden handverlesen und nur einwandfreie Qualität wird sofort eingemaischt. Nach dem sorgfältig überwachten Gärungsprozess erfolgt die behutsame Destillation. Dadurch entstehen die unvergleichlichen Aromen dieser Destillat-Spezialität.
In das Destillat werden reife Williamsbirnen eingelegt, der sogenannte Fruchtauszug. Damit wird die Spirituose etwas milder, süßer und noch aromareicher.
